CREATIVE ARTS - This is a weekly session where we take some time out to get creative. Whether it is painting, drawing, using nature, clay and many other materials. Katja is our fabulous facilitator who incorporates mindfulness into the session as well.
Max is our inspiring life coach who run's both our woman's and men's group. Why might you attend? With lockdowns it could be as simple as some company. Or you maybe experiencing loss of a job, relationship problems and other challenges. Age 18+ come along, get some support and have a laugh.
We will be starting with exploring the brain and what is happening. We explore how we feel, how to recognise our emotions, what they feel like in our body, what our triggers are and what coping skills we can use to help self regulate.
